Instructions for placing an order, information, shopping terms.

·         All the prices in this site include VAT (sales tax)

 

·         We normally despatch ordered goods the next business day, or within two business days (orders given on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays are normally despatched on Monday) In some very exceptional cases (when we are closed, due to participation in exhibitions) we might delay the despatch a few days. During Christmas period (20 December until January 6) expect some postal delays.

 

·         Please make sure you choose the correct method for shipment. For international orders you can choose either Air mail Post, or Express Courier.  

 

·         Goods are sent the way you choose (air mail post, or express courier) The option for express courier is much more expensive. Choose it only if your order is extremely urgent. The time that a parcel takes to arrive by air mail post usually is not considerably longer than it takes to arrive by express courier.  

 

·         Small parcels (up to 2 kilos) take 2-8 business days to reach you in Europe, or 5-10 business days for USA and 7-20 days for Australia. Larger parcels 2-20 kilos take more time. For Australia, Asia and Africa please allow a few extra days.

 

·         In the unlikely event that you have not received the ordered goods in 20-25 days, please contact us by email.

 

·         All parcels sent by post are ''registered''. It means you have to sign for collecting them and this also applies to parcels sent by express courier. 

 

·         No goods are sent unless they are fully paid for.

 

·         Please make sure you put a valid email address and also a daytime telephone number in case we need to contact you. 

 

·         We are not responsible for any customs or duties that may have to pay in your country.

 

·         All goods sent are in mint condition. We make every possible effort to pack the ordered goods in the best possible way, so you get your order in the best possible condition. In the very unlikely event that goods are damaged by the carrier, we accept no responsibility whatsoever. You may refuse to accept the goods and ask the carrier to send them back as unacceptable. 

 

·         Undelivered parcels are returned to us. This happens in case that the parcel arrives at the address that you have given us, but you do not take delivery of it (either because you are away, or for some other reason) or in case you have given us wrong address. If you ask us to send it again you will have to pay the shipping charge for the second delivery to you. The parcel will be resend only after we received the undelivered one. The above does not apply to parcels that are lost in the post (an unlikely event).

 

·         The shipping cost is automatically calculated when you give your order. You can see the shipping cost when you go to check out before you pay. In some cases we may send your order (orders that are gross weight 2.5-4.00kg) in two separate parcels so you save in delivery time. In this case you will be notified by email. 

 

·         We advise our customers from USA when they order mastic to choose as method of shipment air mail post (NOT express courier). This applies only to mastic itself for USA deliveries.

 

·         If all the above have put you off buying from our site, we would like to inform you that we are in the sales business for 22 years, we perform web sales since November 1999 (through a different site) and we are proud, that we have -to our knowledge- no dissatisfied customers!
